1.2 This Privacy Policy describes how Telnames Limited and its group companies ("Telnames", “we”, “us” or “our”) collect, protect and use the personal information received from the Site and in the course of providing the Services.

We may also ask you to provide personal information if you report a problem with our Site or any of the Services.

2.3.1 the original creation date of a domain name registration, renewal, or request for a Service;

2.3.2 the submission date and time of a registration or renewal application, or request for a Service to us and by us to the proper domain registry;

2.3.3 communications (whether in electronic or paper form) constituting submissions, forwarding, modifications, or terminations of a Service and related correspondence between you and us;

2.3.4 the expiration date of a domain name registration; and/or

2.3.5 information regarding all other activity between you and us in relation to your use of a Service.

2.4 You may be able to use domain name registration, .tel page and/or other Services made available to you from the Site to upload your own content, communication or material in accordance with the Terms of Sale. To the extent that such content, communication or material contains the personal information of or relating to any third party, you must have his or her consent (where required by law) prior to uploading such content.
